“We would definitely recommend this company if you are ever in this dire situation. We are extremely happy with the professional service that Christian provided! We spoke to Ryan at 9:30pm and he said that someone would be with us by 10:30pm. Then 5 minutes later we received a call saying that unfortunately they were not able to come out until 7am. Obviously this was disappointing as we were really stressed and wanted to get the car sorted asap. As promised at 7am Christian arrived, he was extremely polite and cheerful even at 7am on a Sunday morning! Christian had the car sorted within 30min! He explained what he needed to do and kept us reassured throughout. We were quite distressed as in many years of driving many cars, we had never put the wrong fuel in any car. Christian explained that it's an incredibly common mistake many drivers make every day.”

“Callum who came was very efficient sociable young man. I had every confidence in him and so far it’s proved right as no issues with the car. The one thing I would say is your prices are much higher than most of the places but guess you’re not going to be bothered with that.”

“Reliable service with polite and helpful staff; attendance in my case took a while, the engineer very helpful and explained everything. Bit of a shock at the cost for approximately an hours work involving a fuel tank drain and a system clean rather than a system flush!!”

“Great service from start to finish, very professional and understanding. Marian arrived within 45min and had the car back running within 20min! He explained what he needed to do and kept me reassured throughout. I was quite distressed as in many years of driving many cars, I've never fuelled the wrong fuel 😢 He explained it's an incredibly common mistake many drivers make every day. Ryan@ headoffice was great at making the booking super easy. He booked the mechanic to arrive within 1h at home address and have the work carried out there. Marian, the mechanic, was really fantastic; he made the process seamless and was genuinely invested in ensuring the car was back up and running. An absolute gentleman. Thank you! They might not be the cheapest but I couldn't remember them more!”

“Quite frankly, I could not fault the service I received. The operative was promised to be with me in 65 minutes and he was. The job was dealt with in under an hour. Safely back on the road with no susequenthiccups. Not cheap, but very, very efficient.”
