“From my initial call, the fitter arrived in 45 minutes, way before the stated time given. He was polite and knowledgeable and had my car up and running within the hour. Also, very clean & tidy with no rubbish left and not a trace of any spilt fuel. 👍🏻”

“After accidentally putting adblue into my fuel tank, I contacted fuel fixer who attended within an hour and half. The technician who attended was professional and polite and drained the tank and refuelled the car within 45 minutes. Although the service is pricey, the cost of a damaged engine would have been several thousand pounds to sort out,so it's worth the cost.”

“Chap came out in 50 minutes and took about 15-20 minutes to drain the tank and re-fuel and then I was on my way. I was pretty down because it's a very costly mistake but the chap was sympathetic, which I appreciated. Would recommend.”

“Tried to charge me nearly double what I finally paid. I felt exploited as was desperate. I tried to cancel, this was refused, reason being I can't cancel after 15 minutes. I was waiting on the call queue in that 15. This company is a con, wish I'd rang around but I was in panic mode.”
