“The technician who cme to rescue us - late at night and in an rural location - was amazing and despite the car proving very difficult to restart he remained calm and professional long after we feared it would have to be recovered. Cannot thank him enough for his help. Thought the price seemed expensive but I would say we definitely got value for money and glad we chose this very professional service”

“Fuel fixer arrived in about 25 minutes after my call he drained and cleaned the tank on my motorcycle in 30 minutes. He waited while I filled up to make sure it ran ok . Great service”

Helpful Report

“The service was friendly and professional throughout. The only downside was that the actual price was much higher than the cost suggested in the Web advertising. A delay getting to me on account of heavy traffic can't account for this since I agreed (after swallowing hard) to the price before going ahead. I needed the car urgently for hospital visits. However I didn't believe for a moment the 'from £99 ' claim which some competitors make. That is probably just the call out fee. The whole process took perhaps an hour, though I think it was a little less. Perhaps it would be preferable to quote an average fee, though this would be kicking against the unlikely claims made by your competitors.”

“After putting the wrong fuel in my car I was very happy to find fuel fixer. You came out within 90 minutes of my call and my car was drained of petrol and refuelled with diesel within 1 hour and was all working correctly again. The operative was very polite and courteous and very efficient. Hopefully I will never need your services again but would definately use your services again if I needed it and would also recommend you to other people.”

“Excellent Service, Adblue in diesel tank, I was a bit stressed after a long day at work and to find out i messed up like that. But thankfully Fuel Fixers were the first people I came across. I was unsure about it at first, as too good to be true sort of thing. But in fact these guys were too good to NOT be true. They do an amazing job for people who unfortunately make the same mistake I did.”
