“Both the line operator and my mechanic, Tony, were incredibly kind and calming during the process, and were not judgemental at all. It was very hard for me, having just arrived in a new country all on my own and having no idea what to do, and the help I got from this service saved this from being a deeply upsetting experience.”

“Everything was fully explained(even worst case scenario) when I first reported the fault. I wasn't made to feel stupid for my mistake. The actual engineer we ho carried out the work kept me informed at each stage - what he was doing and how long it would take which I fully appreciated. I was also impressed the the syphoned off fuel would be treated by a reputable company and disposed of safely with no I'll effects to the environment. The whole experience was made easy as it was done at the roadside cutting out me having to organise a tow truck time at a garage and lifts to and from work one phonecall and it's sorted - worth EVERY penny”

“Your engineer was very efficient, friendly,and happy to explain each part of the procedure and was mindful of my safety at the roadside. Whilst I have learned an expensive lesson I also experienced a very educational and interesting situation. I only wish the AA had responded quicker and I may not have missed my ferry booking. “After putting the wrong fuel in my van I called fuel fixers and they couldn’t of been more helpful the Guy I spoke to firstly was helpful and everything he told me would happen happened. Just before they turned up they called to say how long they were away and once they arrived they talked me through every step and was professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has the same experience as me”
