“Besides the cost (which felt incredibly high) the service on the phone was professional and efficient. The gentleman who turned up was also very good. The only thing is the wait times without knowing. I believe implementing a tracker for the customer like Deliveroo or uber does would have put my mind at ease. I had to make several phone calls to get updates as to arrival and was told a times and both times went way over. It’s the not knowing where or when they will arrive that’s hard as I was stuck at a petrol pump for a couple of hours.”
