“I recently found myself in the nightmare scenario of putting the wrong fuel in my car, and thankfully, I called FuelFixer. I honestly cannot recommend their service highly enough – they were prompt, professional, and completely saved the day. However, the real star of the show was the technician, Ian. From the moment Ian arrived, he was absolutely fantastic. He was calm, reassuring, and clearly an expert. He talked me through the entire process, explaining what he was doing and how long it would take. His work was meticulous, and he took great care of my vehicle. Honestly, the term "too good" doesn't even cover it. Ian turned what was a stressful, panicked situation into a surprisingly smooth and almost pleasant experience. He went above and beyond with his professionalism and genuinely excellent customer service. He is a massive asset to the company. If you ever find yourself needing a fuel drain service, call FuelFixer, and if you're lucky enough to get Ian, you know you're in the best hands. Five stars—a genuine lifesaver!”

“After putting a large amount of petrol in my diesel car, I rang a few companies, Fuel Fixers were the only ones who could attend in a timely manner. The price quoted was similar to others and I chose this company because the guy on the phone was helpful, reassuring and kept me updated, in short this company got me back on the road quickly and with minimal fuss. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others.”

“After draining tank and fuel line and refilling both your employee attempted starting car with no joy for a while because he didn't drain the filter which is after the fuel line meaning he's trying to start with wrong fuel so being the job wasn't done correctly I think I should get a partial refund”

“I was amazed at how quickly and efficiently my problem was attended to. I was lucky, I suppose, that the garage attendant pointed out my error to me before I tried to drive away and gave me your phone number. The Fuel Fixerwas with me within half an hour and the problem sorted in less time than it took me to complete my shopping in Morrison's. Expensive, of course, but I was most impressed by the service I received.”

“Turned up within the hour and had me back on the road in just under an hour again. Extremely polite staff who handled my call, she was very helpful. And the engineer who came out to resolve the issue was very polite and very helpful also (Andros/ Andrey) he was brilliant. All in all, considering the circumstances it was a very pleasant experience. And I would highly recommend them”
