“Declan, the engineer, couldn't have been more polite. Thankfully I was only a 10 minute walk away from my home when my van ground to a halt, so I didn't have to wait by the van. I was told it would be 90 minutes before the engineer could get to me but as I had to be somewhere else I re-arranged the time and used my partners car. Once he arrived, Declan explained everything and got on with the job in hand. As we waited for my tank to be drained he even fixed a faulty indicator for me! Talk about service beyond the call of duty! What a star. Also, thank you for not making me feel a complete idiot.”

“The response to my distress call on the phone was very reassuring and the time taken for operative to arrive was about half an hour. The operative , Ady, was very professional and had the tank drained, the system flushed and the engine running very quickly. Overall the service was superb and, at a stressful time, very assuring”

“I had a gentleman name Steve to come and drain the wrongly put diesel in my petrol car. It was such an intense experience because I thought the engine had been damaged. After draining the wrong fuel my car was still unable to switch on. I was so worried that I would have to change my engine and was almost in tears. Steve said I will come back tomorrow to clean you sparks plugs and then everything should be running. Bless him he went and night the necessary tools to get my sparks plugs cleaned and he cleaned three of them and the magic happened. I was in tears so happy that my car was up and running and relieved from the burden of thinking I have to fix my engine. Very nice friendly positive man.”

“Argh! I managed to put a couple of Ltrs of adblue in my diesel tank. 500mtr’s later that was it engine dead. I called Fuel Fixer spoke to Taylor really helpful. It’s not like a petrol into diesel flush it really makes a mess and impacts the whole fuel system. Not a cheap pump out but a deep clean required. Marian who was a top chap attended roadside with in a couple of hours and cleaned the whole system. Expensive? It’s not a cheap fix but if it had gone to main dealer then it would have been three times the cost as they just replace all filters and injectors etc.”
