“website easy to use and compare prices and sizes as being an old shop my ceiling is a bit low and only a single door. Picked up my old fridge as well as dropping off new one bit of close fit with packaging but all done in few minutes Sadly a fee for picking up old one at least all sorted.”

“Overall we found FFD a very responsive supplier. There were problems with the delivered commercial fridge unit we purchased in that extra shelves were ordered but the shelf rails did not come and were eventually delivered at an extra cost. Also on delivery, the unit was not holding temperature and an engineer was arranged to fix the problem. This was duly carried out. However, the customer service from FFD in sorting these problems was first rate. Its pity the problems rose but the response was good and the issues were sorted. Overall 7/10”

“Product was delivered promptly, and came well packaged. It performs exactly as described and is really good kit. However, I had a minor query about the product which I asked by email several weeks ago - still waiting for an answer. Incidentally, the product I bought is not that shown towards the end of this review.”

“Really quick service, with most queries responded to in a timely manner. Support staff weren’t overly helpful, answering questions but not practically providing guidance (other companies were better). Delivery drivers quite rude and again not overly helpful (you’ve not paid for us to put it inside). Product is nice, although doesn’t seem to get to the temperatures promised (currently 40% full and achieving 10 vs 2 advertised)”

“Very good fridge,let down by poor delivery,I offered to collect with my own van as we were desperate for the fridge,permission was denied.In these difficult times we should be helping each other!”

Thank you for your 4 star review Richard. We're pleased you are happy with your purchase. With regards to delivery, while some manufacturers do allow pick up of equipment others have a strict 'delivery only' policy and do not allow customers on site. Unfortunately the fridge that you ordered was from a company that does not allow access to customers and as we do not hold this product in stock we were unable to arrange for you to collect in your own vehicle. We hope this helps to explain the situation and should you need anything in the future please get in touch and we'd love to help.

“Very pleased (so far !) with quality and performance of the Tefcold CEV425 bottle chiller cabinet I ordered in May. Product arrived on time and was unloaded and positioned as requested by the very friendly and helpful delivery driver. The only complaint I can make is that the door lock on the cabinet is too flimsy and badly positioned (top centre of door frame) - a forceful tug on the door handle would easily break lock so I have not felt able to lock the cabinet - not a major problem for me but may be for commercial use.”
