“Everything handled really well and rcvd delivery quickly. Only one bad comment - I didn't receive any operating instructions with my product. I did call however and instructions were emailed over. Although I had to call twice before they were sent.”

“I had issues with my card payment so recieved a call (that i missed because i was at work) asking for the banks authorisation code. I called back to be told there was issues with the phones and i would recieve a call back within 30 mins. I never recieved the call or the goods. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!”

“I ordered a dishwasher which has never worked. An engineer found 2 bolts in the PCB unit which caused it to blow (an engineer we had to sort out as they would not). One person stated on the phone that I was only covered for parts on the Warranty even though it never worked. I'm shocked, I run a business and would never treat a customer this way.”

“The fridge is brilliant! Quiet and large internally fitting plenty of cans and full size bottles. The staff was very helpful and managed to get the fridge to me the next day. Will def use this company again in future”

“It was a problem in not being able to view the larder fridge before we bought it - we could only go from the description issued and hope that it would be suitable for our requirements. We were fortunate that the item met our needs. Someone had to be "on site" between 8am & 5pm to receive the delivery; it was delivered at 1.30pm by A VERY HELPFUL delivery man. He needs personal thanks!”
