“I was pleasantly surprised at the level of service for such a low value item. The postage was higher than the cutting board I ordered but it arrived very quickly and I am delighted with the quality. For future reference I will keep this suppliers details on my favourites list.”

“Item in stock on website, but not in stock in reality. 2 week wait. Plus point: was telephoned the next day to explain that the item was not actually in stock. Not much help, but good service. The website should really be accurate in the first place.”

“Very good customer service - phoned to let us know when delivery would be & driver called prior to delivery as we are hard to find even with sat nav. Company rang a few days later to make sure we were happy with freezer & service. Most important when company initially rang they left a name & direct line number in case of any problems. I wish more companies would adopt this.”
