“I was sent a Makita battery charger which SHOULD have been a perfect substitute for the item I had actually ordered. It wasn't. The speed and courtesy with which a suitable charger was sourced for me was exemplary. EXCELLENT Customer Service, after a wobbly start.”

“Delivery system and size of vehicles as vehicle was too big despite stating we have a narrow access they sent the biggest lorry the company own. need to discuss with people awaiting delivery for dates and if someone can attend, not call me stating we are 10 mins away when i am at work and at least 1 hour away and have to book annual leave to attend. the lads that eventually delivered it were great but i had to get the mower tractor and trailer out to get it to the delivery point.”
