“Bought the Dubai chocolate truffles as a gift but sadly didn’t resemble Dubai chocolate, outside was quite tough and inside was an almond, alcohol tasting bright green spread when expecting a pistachio crème centre.”

“I ordered 3 items, 2 were fantastic the other was badly damaged by the heat or in the warehouse. I emailed about the problem and Friars was faultless they offered me a replacement or refund. I went for the refund as it had been a birthday present. That's why I have given them a 5star review. I would still order from them again.”

“Boozy dark chocolate coated cherries are a fabulous luxury. This time I got the boxed version for a special occasion while on holiday. Packaged in a present style box. Survived posting to Manchester, as well as travel to and from Scotland in a rammed car.”

“You make most beautiful chocolates. The only downside for me is that they were a gift for someone who is a vegan! Some how I thought all the choices were vegan so they were disappointed that some of the gift they can not eat. I guess that’s my mistake but also not clearly noted they were mixed.”
