“Beautiful chocolate gifts in lovely boxes, to suit all tastes. The price is very competitive and I've been told from friends and family that the chocolates are gorgeous. I would recommend Friars to everyone.”

“Have only given 3 x stars as I am a new customer & my first order was squashed! I feel that the order was inadequately packed with just a flat cardboard box & one sheet of paper over the chocolates. The bakewell tart chocolates were completely squashed but the others were undamaged. As the chocolates were for hubby & my own consumption I didn't worry too much apart from the presentation aspect - however if I was gifting them it would not have been acceptable. I was pleased that when I phoned Friars they managed to delay my order till after the heatwave!!”

“I have ordered chocolates on two occasions from Friars to give away. The first time was for a vegan Easter Egg for a committed vegan and gluten free but chocolate loving friend and the second time i ordered two boxes to give to the lovely and very wonderful ambulance paramedics who rescued me after i had broken my leg falliing downstairs! Friars chocolates are most desirable and they can handle most people's chocolate requirements! I recommend.”

“I saw the ad and thought they were dairy free . As my daughter is vegan I put an order in. I have to say I was really dissapointed when I opened them to find only 1 out of the 3 bought were dairy free. They lacked flavour and I found the chocolate was too thick and sickly. The ice cream ones were the same. Sorry not a good review”
