“After a fantastic first order experience, my second one was not looking so promising...Delivery deadline was missed without explanation. When I reached out I was told that one item was missing. A simple email to let me know what was happening would have been much appreciated. All was made better when the manager delivered my order out of hours and reimbursed my delivery charges. Fantastic products, I will definitely reorder and recommend your company.”

“I found French click by accident just looking around but I am glad I did, having worked in France for a number of years there was certain food I really liked, so to be able to find it online at good prices was a real plus. So I ordered and a few days later it was delivered, well packed and on time plus when they did not have two items it was taken off of the total, no need for a refund as it was automatic. Really pleased with them and the service, I will be back.”
