“Very easy to find good quality French products that we love but cannot buy locally. Everything arrived very efficiently. Just one small criticism about the packaging - would it be possible to use recyclable material? There was a lot of polystyrene!”

“Very good delivery, good choice of products and alright prices compared to prices in France. Some packaging were a bit broken, but hasnt affected the taste of the product. I can finally survive with my survival kit in England!!”

“Good communication re delivery, order was complete, products were well packaged and arrived on time. The only minus point was the sell by date on the pain polane- there wasn't any. I buy this bread often and know that the sell by date is always on the tag that closes the bag, so I was very surprised to find a fresh product without a sell by date”

“All the lovely products from home which I cannot find in the uk! Quick delivery and availability of the products I did have an issues with some of the products delivered but upon contacting them, the problem was quickly resolved positively”

“The food (cassoulet) is as always great as expected however only 4 stars as French Click only put a partial address on the delivery details and there is no option to update them once the notification email is received (the night before). If it wasn't for the fact that I had a note added to identify my address for the courier I wouldn't have received my food.”

“Excellent range of items to choose from, and efficient delivery. The one problem I had was with the Rillettes de Porc, which I ordered with a couple of other items as a gift. When they arrived, I saw the items were carefully bubble wrapped so I kept them for several days in order to gift wrap them later. Unfortunately I was blissfully unware that the Rillettes were meant to be refrigerated, but when I came to gift wrap them, they had to be thrown away. A clear notice would help to those of us unfamiliar with French foods, who are buying things suggested by someone else as a gift.”

“I like what you offer. But please vary the flavoured waters, and indicate on the website when something is out of order, or replace it with something for free. Refund is good, but when you actually wanted the item, waiting to have the order home to discover you've been refunded is just not good enough.”
