Hi Very sorry about this. We had a stock problem with the Leroux Chicoree which took about a week to resolve and us get more. We will be looking at the cause of it to make sure it doesn't happen again. Kind regards, Matt French Click

“My order was easy to make online and the choice of delivery dates and methods was good. I could order items I have not otherwise found available in the UK. The delivery came on time on the expected day. everything was very well protected for travel. The fridge items - butter and cheese - came with sizeable frozen gel packs which were still part frozen on arrival. I am very pleased with all aspects, would recommend and order again.”

“I am a repeat customer, having bought Duck Confit from them for a number of years. I like the convenience of being able to choose my delivery date before I place the order. I do not like the polystyrene beads used to pack the box. Much as I appreciate the goods need protecting, I would much prefer that biodegradable beads were used, or these could be returned for re use.”
