“My first order with French Click and I'm quite impressed so far. The order was dispatched and received within 48hrs,we'll packed except for the horrible polystyrene used but that aside satisfactory. I had an issue with one item missing but my communications with the company have been responded to quickly and with courtesy. So far so good.”

“Goods arrived on time but delivery process in a plastic carrier bag was very poor. As it was delivered to my work address this was seen by everyone I work with so totally embarrassing. This is the first time that I have had online delivery without a secure cardboard box or at least discrete packaging. I appreciate that you may be trying to save on packaging but it's not an appealing way of winning over customers. Should I order again i will have to come to pick up at your warehouse.”

Hi Very sorry about this. We normally pack orders in bags for our London deliveries as they usually go to residential addresses. We can put in a cardboard box but you have to specify in the notes when ordering. Kind regards, Matt French Click
