“Fast delivery and well packaged”

“I placed an order at the end of July and was given a delivery date of the 2nd August. It still hadn’t arrived by the 7th August. I phoned you and you said that you would look into it and get back to me. However, it has now been delivered. I am not sure what went wrong . I tried to track it but ParcelForce woldn’t let me. This is the first time I have ordered anything from you and I was disappointed. However, it won’t stop me from ordering from you again. Hopefully, it will be better next time round.”

Hi Sorry to hear this, it looks like there was a delay in transit with Parcelforce. The delivery date given in the first place wasn't actually possible in your area so that is our mistake. It should have been corrected now for future orders. Kind regards, Matt French Click
