“The products are ones I have used in France, I know them, and they are excellent. I was delighted to find a source of them in London. The only adverse comment is that postage is expensive. This meant that I had to order 5 bottles of shampoo, rather than the 3 I needed just to diminish such expensive post and packing. Perhaps you could look into doing a cheaper and more professional form of post and packing - a man turned up on our doorstep!”

“As it is so near christmas I would have thought that all the products would still be in date for that event. This is not the case and I am a little disappointed. How close to Christmas do you deliver and when is the last date for putting an order in? Thank you. Aside from this the products were well wrapped the delivery on the promised date.”

“Very happy with my order. I was first worried when I realised the fresh goods were being delivered by ParcelForce but then pleasantly surprised by the way the goods were kept fresh in the box through the use of clever icepacks. Would love to give 5 stars but delivery charge is too high.”

Hi Sorry to hear this, please note we do offer free delivery for orders over £35 in your area and we do have some cheaper delivery slots but they tend to fill up very fast. Thanks Matthew French Click

“It came on the requested day, very well packed, perhaps a bit to much packing, the tarte looks lovely but it is a bit broken around the edges, and I have frozen it down for christmas. I will be buying again from Frenchchic.”

“Everything went well, the ordering process is a user friendly website, the delivery was done on time, the delivery people were nice and friendly. My only complaint is your delivery slots! I find them a little long -- morning or afternoon, would be nice to have shorter slots!”

“Searching on their website to completion of the transaction was an easy process to follow. Several payment options were on offer including paypal. “Going caffeine free I was delighted to find the chicory I had bought in France years ago and at a very reasonable price. It was spoiled by the cost of postage and VAT added onto the postage. I would expect that for a trade order but not retail.”

“There was a problem with the delivery by 'UKmail' and their website and phone number are useless. An item was missed off my parcel this time too, but this is the very first time I have ever had problems and French Click gave me a generous refund - overall I am very happy with the service and will continue to be a customer.”

“I was happy with the delivery time and also delighted to have my favourite coffee once more. I have been asking friends going to France to bring it back for me. However I feel the price with French Click Ltd is far too high compared to the price in France so I doubt I shall order it again”

“Thank you - the order arrived on time, with Parcel Force (very good) and everything was in good state. Only some biscuits in one big pack of biscuits were a bit crushed but I assume this would have happened in any case. The padding in the box was very good. As a French native it is lovely to be able to order French products in the UK. Just wished the prices were a bit lower but as a treat it's all good :) Thank you !”
