“I never received the four items that I had ordered and paid for. Eventually I was told that 50% of the order could not be sent. They did not have it. Too long in waiting for that 'news', for nothing it turned our to be. Don't sell me stuff, charge me, accept payment and then do not follow through. I cancelled the order, of course. Truly disappointing.”

Very sorry about this. It looks like we had a stock problem with the order, so we ended up voiding and refunding it.

“I have been using this company for about 5 years and they really are the best even during the Pandemic they helped everyone with some of our orders. Like me some were asking for what they usually ordered but that was not possible but they explained it was not possible to send as many but send some. This is how they go above and beyond helping to keep their customers supplied. They are the best and I thank them from bottom of my heart ❤️”

“It’s been a while since I used French Click, it’s as good as ever. The quality of the products is first class. The delivery was super fast and exceptional well packaged. Best of all they have a great selection of Gluten Free products. I’m will continue to use French Click’s great value.”

“Being a bit of a Francophile for many years now and having my normal route to France abandoned by PO Ferries from Hull I missed being able to bring items typically French home. By sheer chance I found that I could source some of my favourite Gratin Dauphinoise from French Click(William Saurin). From ordering to delivery it was a painless process and I am now a Happy Chappy.”
