“Excellent service and great to be able to get real french provisions! Only problem is some items were apparently out of stock even though said to be in stock when ordered.”

“I ordered three Duck Breasts (Magret de Canard). They arrived perfectly packed and in well-chilled condition surrounded by an ice pack (I live in the Lake District so it was a long journey). The notifications of the arrival time were excellent. All in all, I shall be using French Click again.”

“Sack your IT expert he has destroyed what was a User friendy site and made it almost unusable. It is difficult to navigate, has far too much garbage and has every sign of a bored, under utilsied IT staff. I almost gave up trying to use the site, The old site was clear , concise and vbvery easy to use. For goodness sake see reason”

“I’m not impressed at all with this company. I placed an order 2 and a half weeks ago and it still hasn’t even been posted. I was told a while back that they were still waiting for it but I’ve had no updates or offers of how I’d like to proceed. Unfortunately, I won’t be using them again.”

“So happy to find your products!! Just got my package yesterday. Shipping was so fast. It seemed like it came overnight. The one thing was a lack of communication. Since it was my first time ordering (won’t be my last) I did not know how long it takes from order to ship. I did email but did not get a response. That was the only problem I incurred. Other then that everything was great!! Looking forward to ordering again.”
