“I had used Jus-Rol ready-rolled frozen shortcrust pastry for years. However, the Company (now owned by a giant US food conglomerate) stopped making this for round pie dishes, but shaped for rectangular baking trays only. Thus it required inconvenient re-kneading and rolling for anything other than relatively small round baking dishes. I ordered ready-rolled frozen shortcrust pastry from French Click which is made for round baking dishes. What is more the product is much superior in taste, as well as storge and handling properties to Jus-Rol. French Click also ships within a day by private carrier to your home and it is very well-wrapped with 'freeze-bags' included to keep it fresh upon delivery. Great product, great service and fair prices. I have already ordered 16 packs of pastry from French Click and will also buy other products in the future.”

“I ordered raclette cheese for Swiss national day, 1st August; the delivery was on schedule and the cheese itself was impeccable. Sometimes raclette separates into a greasy mess when heated, this one remained creamy and consistent - very highly recommended (and I’m a Swiss national!)”

“Thank you for sending the La Vache qui rit in a box with ice cubes. However since the La Vache qui rit package is made form paper, everything was wet when arrived to us. A kind suggestion would be to put the La Vache qui rit packs in a sealed plastic bag before putting them in the box with the ice cubes. Many thanks, Anastasia Kolyva”

Hi Sorry to hear this, the sorba freeze should absorb water to prevent this. It sounds like there might have been some external ice on it that was not removed before shipping. We will check this is done properly in future so items don't arrive damp like this. Kind regards, Matt French Click
