“Speedy delivery and items well packed. I've tried the T55 flour and liked the results, yet to try the brioche mix. While ordering these items I spotted other stuff I used to buy whilst motorhomeing in France which I will order in the future. Lets hope Brexit doesn't mess things up”

“A real find! A friend recommended me to visit your website, and I was delighted to find things I'd thought were unobtainable here. A must for francophiles!”

“Had what I needed. The delivery charge was extremely high but I had to get the product for external reasons. If I wasn't under that pressure I would not have gone through with the purchase. Shame about the very high delivery cost.”

Hi Sorry to hear this. We do offer some cheaper delivery options from £5.99, depending on the day, and free delivery over £35 in London. Kind regards, Matt French Click

“Sorry but my initial order did not arrive. However, second time lucky. Somewhat sorry that the boxes of herbal teas had been reduced in size and number. Still love them ‘though. Ann Shapter”

“Great site, lovely to recreate holiday feeling. Have ordered twice, no problems. I wonder if the packaging used, hundreds of small green plastic bubbles, is recyclable ? I keep looking to see if the Langues de Chat are coming back into stock ?”

“The service is excellent, but occasionally the products are not. That's not the fault of French Click. Culinary standards in that former temple of gastronomy, France, have been declining for some time, so ready meals seem to have suffered a similar fate. Some are too salty for British tastes. Others are simply not up to scratch (the blanquette de veau we bought recently was a big disappointment). In future we will avoid such products and stick to things like cooking oil and washing powder which are not meant to be eaten.”
