“Ordered fondue cheese on the Wednesday and paid extra £10 for Saturday morning delivery, eventually arrived the following Tuesday with ice pack defrosted and product warm. Was planning on dinner for the Saturday but had to cancel, phoned french click on the Monday and they said they would track the parcel and get back to me but heard nothing.”
