“I ordered some rillettes as I'd forgotten how much I liked them and didn't bring enough home from my last trip! Added in some salad dressing, bread and cheese - Caprice, all arrived on time and perfectly packed. It'll take me a bit of time before my next order but I shall certainly order again when I've got through this lot! Many thanks French Click..”

“Food arrived promptly, mostly correct but with two missing items and one order item apparently ignored. Very un-ecological packaging, full of plastic and, apparently, plastic micro-pellets. A hole punched in the box and two dented tins. The andouillettes are very welcome.”

“Great to be able to have all the French local products delivered as well as a great selection. However every time items are missing although they are shown as available at the time of order. Also customer service is useless. If they send a wrong item they have an annoying process that requires sending an email with pictures.”

“Got exactly what I was looking for; my favourite coffee. Prior to the addition of postage I felt the cost was entirely reasonable. I think the postage costs are a little high. However the package was delivered when it was due. I’d use French Click again.”

“Delivery was very quick overseas, and in perfect condition. Fridge/Fresh goods were so carefully packed, protected by 'bubblewrap' and ice bags, to keep them cool. Thank you”

“Items arrived on time, exactly as described on the website and with good dates on them (especially the fresh items). Ordered as we used to go to France every summer as kids so having some french food was a good reminisce. Would certainly order again. Only change I’d make is an email when the order is dispatched, only a minor niggle as you can check on your account to be sure.”
