“Easy to order. Good range of products. Good communication skills and keeping customers informed of the progress. This was my second experience with the website. The expiry date of one of my items was very short, hence not choosing the 5 star rating.”

“Great being able to chose delivery day and carrier, good products selection, orders very well packaged. But on the downside, they need to ensure that out of stock products cannot still be purchased from the site, especially if those are or will be hard to come by. Other than that, very happy with the service.”

“Was very pleased to be able to get my Saveur du Soir teabags which don't seem to be available in the UK, well, not in this corner of North Wales. They are already working and I'm sleeping much better. Delivery was excellent and will have no hesitation in using you again.”

“Good service- delivery was less than the initial headline price and fair and on time. My only negative comment is that the box was awfully large for the items, but they did arrive safely and unbroken. I would use French Click again without a second thought, but I hope they review their packaging materials and look into something a bit more eco-friendly.”

“The food was well packed and refrigerated and of very good quality. My gripe is that I was telephoned after the goods were in transit to say the poultry de Bresse was unavailable. This was the main reason for using French Click. I feel the issue must have been known for a while and I should have been contacted earlier.”
