“Cela fait 3 fois que je commande, les deux premières commandes ont eu des problèmes de produits (manquant ou erreur). La dernière commande devait arriver aujourd’hui, mais n’a seulement était envoyée qu’aujourd’hui. Aucun email pour prévenir. J’espère qu’au moins la commande est correcte cette fois ci. Sinon les produits sont bons 🥰.”

“A bit expensive, the black olives are dry, not in water nor vinegar as usual, got less yop than what I ve paid for. One article reimbursed as I guess it was not in stock. Packaging always good though.”

“a frustrating experience.. normally really happy with them- good range of products and fast delivery. But communication could be better they don't tell you an item isn't in stock you just find out when you open the parcel.- not good when its the main thing you've ordered ( and the site shows as in stock) and dont answer the phone when you try to discuss. Hopefully a one off issue.”

Unfortunately due to the supply chain complication and customs, occasionally items could be missing at the last minute. If you want to re-order them, we can refund any delivery charge. “I love French Click! Great service, rapid delivery too. I fell in love with Petit Marseillais soaps and handwash many years ago and I would always stock up if we went to France for our summer holiday. Obviously that was not possible in the lockdown period, so it was great to be able to buy the products online, and I don't have to buy 15 handwash refills when I go on holiday now!! There is a really good selection of loads of other products too. Highly recommend.”

“A very good service, it took less than 3 days to receive my order to Northern Ireland. As it impossible to get french products in Northern Ireland, I am really happy that French click delivers in NI. My overall experience was great and I will definitely reorder from French click. Products were packed properly and everything was tasty. Thank you.”

“The products I received were in good order and there was plenty of online choice. What upset me was the huge box of styrofoam pellets that was used to protect the goods, there are more eco friendly alternatives”

Thanks for the feedback and sorry to hear this re the packaging. The flo pak green loose fill is degradable and can be recycled at supermarket points. The reason we use it is the survivability of packages with certain kinds of items, especially the tins and glass items. We do also use paper loosefill with less fragile items.
