“So pleased to get items which we usually buy in France as we cannot visit at the moment. Wonderful! Great stock range. As it was my first order, I did not know that I needed to access my account to find out what was going to be missing from the order - thought I might get an email first like Ocado do - so was disappointed when items were missing. Will know for next time.”

“All items good quality. Delivery etc fine in .present circumstances. A new invoice would have been helpful in view of items not available or a substitute.”

“It was wonderful to get a taste of France, especially during lockdown, and the package arrived exactly when promised. My only quibble – and it's a very minor one – is that I wasn't told that an item wasn't available until the package arrived. The missing item was immediately deducted from the total cost, which was very good. But it could be a good idea to inform customers when the package is shipped that an item might not be available.”

“Really good website and the service was great. One of the items was not available but the cost was refunded before the rest was shipped. Having a day eating real French food did help make up for the fact we can't go to France for our holiday”

“Website was easy to use and had what I wanted - ordering was easy - but delivery and subsequent communication not great - but sure this was down to the global situation - it took a while for the delivery - however my items arrived after a chase, in great condition and a long shelf life - will use French Click again”

“Very exciting to find I can buy my French goodies over here. Delivery time was accurate. The only disappointment was that I requested a particular brand of flour as seen on your website as I knew it to be very good and I said no substitute. Sadly I was sent a Supermarket’s own brand which was not what I wanted at all and I can do nothing about it. Well packed and protected.”

“There is a very good and interesting range of products available on the site. Unfortunately, perhaps because of the present difficulties, some items were not supplied. The only way I was informed about this was because I received a PayPal refund. An email notification would have been appreciated.”

“A great idea and good products most of which are available. Only 4 star because at present the Website is rather complicated. When deliveries not possible you can see all the produce but there is no ‘add to basket’ button. This only appears when deliveries can be made. Ok given situation but there is no way of knowing this unless you send an email or tweet.”

“I placed an order which took a while to arrive due to the coronavirus. However, when it arrived I was impressed by the packaging. I ordered tomatoes, a quiche and creme anglaise. The latter two were in a remarkable package of frozen crystals. I am not sure what the crystals are, but they were placed in 6 pockets. They absorb water which is then frozen. These ice crystals then thaw and the crystals can be dissolved in water and easily disposed of. The quiche and custard were very nice. The tomatoes however had just the same bland taste as a supermarkets. I was looking for that sweet French road-side taste. So that was disappointing but there are other tomatoes on the product list and I shall give them a try. In summary: packaging excellent; products OK, but be patient with delivery if outside London.”

“My French wife was starting to run out of certain essential products that she can only get on our usually regular visits to Paris or Brittany. So the surprise delivery for her I arranged from French Click was the perfect present.”

“It must be pretty hard work being a food delivery company during COVID19. I patiently awaited a slot and placed my order. Received my delivery slot and awaited my parcel. In the meantime I had a refund for goods I wasn’t going to receive. When the order was received everything was packed well. A treat for when you can’t get to France, let France come to you!”
