Great to have this service, but a few things that make me think again for the future. The way the web site deals with delivery dates is not great, I don't mind waiting, but having to come back multiple times until a slot exists, isn't great. On packaging, neither cool packs (which break and leak) and styrofoam chips are recyclable (I know it's a though ask for fresh produce). Better separation of cool produce from other produce would be great as water from the cool packs leaks and damages packaging. Out of stock produce, it's shame I learnt about it when paypal sent me a refund for the missing products. Also the order was placed 2 weeks before the planned delivery, so strange there was so much of it out of stock. and finally best before dates on some meat products where 3 days from delivery date, not great. If these were addressed in the future, I would order again no question.

The delivery service was very friendly, but there were items listed as out of stock that didn't turn up and no alternative was proffered. It would likely have bought an alternative suggestion if I'd known earlier.

Products are good. However I will not select a delivery from Parcelforce again as it arrived a day late, whilst DPD was able to deliver on time when we ordered in May. I understand it is difficult but if I am asked to select a specific date to have things delivered I expect the courier service to honour that date. It was lucky someone was in to accept delivery.

Have just received my delivery and noticed from the invoice that two items were missing, obviously out of stock, it would be nice to know this before hand, when the order has been checked out. All items are well within the Use By date, will definitely order again, more delivery slots would be great, so less waiting time.

Great service to replenish goodies normally bought when in France. A small niggle- heavy glass jars were packed on top of delicate biscuit packets. I hope nothing crushed ..

French Click has an excellent selection of French produce that is normally difficult or impossible to find in the UK. Prices are reasonable and delivery is usually on a named day. In the current circumstances, you may have to wait for a delivery slot to become available. My main criticism is that it is not always clear until you are well into the buying process, whether delivery slots are available. The first time I used the website, I couldn't add anything to my basket, and it was not clear why. The next morning it worked perfectly. I have just tried to place a second order and I was able to place items in the basket, but am unable to select a delivery method. The website advises that I check back tomorrow, but it is not clear whether my basket will be saved in the meantime. A little extra work is needed to make the interface more user-friendly.

Everything arrived safely: thank you. The only disappointment was that Parcel Force failed to deliver on the day they stated, but it arrived safely the next day.

The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because of the amount of time between ordering and delivery - but I understand that's because of the unusual circumstances we are in and probably doesn't reflect what happens in more normal times. Otherwise faultless - for ease of ordering, being kept informed about the delivery schedule, delivery itself and quality of products. Thanks.

Would be 5 stars , but there were a number of items missing which I didn't know about until the order arrived - however given everything that's going on, that's pretty understandable.

Package came on time and biscuits were good quality. What I did not appreciate was receiving a huge box full of parcel filler for 4 small boxes of biscuits. Essentially I had to spill it all out and then put it back in as the biscuits were right at the bottom. For environmental and customer sake, please incorporate new packaging.

I would have expected to have received an email final invoice/delivery note advising what was sent and the cost of individual items. I accept that at the moment of making up the order not all items where available, but apart from a debit to my credit card I have no idea of how the debit was made up. Nevertheless the facility to order and range is good. Alasdair Adam
