“Delivery could be quicker but great choice and quality product, doesn’t disappoint”

“Excellent selection on the website. You can almost find what you could get in a french supermarket. The menu system could be improved, it's a little bit fastidious to find something sometimes. The prices are quite high, it's understandable but well, don't exaggerate either. I had to deal with the customer service and they were great, they gave me a satisfying solution quickly.”

“It arrived on time everything was in the box and well packed .The only downfall was that the frozen or cool item had leak onto the box of marron glaces . It was soaked .”

“Products as expected, was meant to be delivered on a Thursday but nothing happened; however were very pro active in trying to solve the issue. I have not received initially an email giving me details about packaging issue which resulted in my order not being prepared. They ensure a very much needed prompt delivery early the next day. The delivery man was very polite and helpful, I was unable to carry the packages and was very kind to agree to help putting box in the kitchen. Will order again !”

“French Click provides good quality products I cannot buy elsewhere. My order was delivered on the due day, properly refrigerated. However, the use by date of one of the item was the day of delivery, which is really not helpful.”

“Our order arrived quickly and all the ordered yummy stuff was inside. Lovely! As some of the products were perishable, ice packs were included, and they were still cold when the box was delivered. Well done! I deduct one star for the fact that the box arrived on the actual sell-by date of 4 of the 5 tubs of rillettes that we had ordered. We ate one straight away and put the other tubs in the freezer, but is it at all possible not to sail so close to the wind next time?”
