“Items ordered because we have bought before in France and were pleased to find a supplier based in UK. Delivery was at selected time. Very disappointed with packaging; box was at least twice as large as necessary and spare space filled with non-recyclable polystyrene pieces - this must be changed.”

Hi Very sorry about this. Your order would have fitted in the smallest box size we have and there should not have been much loose fill used to ship it. The flo-pak green loose fill we use is degradable and can also be recycled in some areas. Kind regards, Matt French Click

“Lovely food and quick postage. Reasonable prices and a good selection. I won't give full marks though as the food was delivered in loads of plastic wrapping and polystyrene swirls. All non-recyclable and non-biodegradable. This could easily be replaced by paper as other similar providers do. I won't buy from here again unless this practice is changed as it's horribly wasteful.”

“Excellent site, wonderful to have found so many things from home and the delivery was on time and the gentleman who delivered our shopping was friendly and kind. I will definitely be shopping with French Click regularly. Most of the prices are pretty reasonable, but the odd one or two seem disproportionately high given that I am sure most customers like me, call France home, or have family there, meaning we know what everything costs.”

“I made an order in time for Christmas delivery on 16th of December it wasnt shipped untill the 27th of December and today is the 6th of January and still no sign of them. Can't comment on the products as I haven't got them yet!”

“Received my French butter with sea salt today - it's yummy!!!! It arrived on the day and time given to me. One niggle - the polystyrene packing was way over the top - and unfortunately not recyclable. The ice pack however was great and I can re use that”
