“mostly good, only disappointment is that the item I was after the most (basically the one I decided to place an order for at the very first place) turned out not to be available after I placed my order (the rest of my order was fine). so now I'll have to place another order to get this item.”

“Ordering and delivery very easy and efficient. One item in the delivery was not precisely what we ordered but close enough not to matter really. The cheese was very good indeed- particularly the Saint Felicien du Dauphine which we will certainly be ordering again.”

“I never received the four items that I had ordered and paid for. Eventually I was told that 50% of the order could not be sent. They did not have it. Too long in waiting for that 'news', for nothing it turned our to be. Don't sell me stuff, charge me, accept payment and then do not follow through. I cancelled the order, of course. Truly disappointing.”

Very sorry about this. It looks like we had a stock problem with the order, so we ended up voiding and refunding it.
