“French Click shipped a partial order, despite a pick ticket saying everything was shipped. When I asked for the remaining items to be shipped, I was told they would issue a refund for those items.”

“Good service as always from French Click. This time there was insufficient stock in the size selected so I was contacted to see what was wanted. I chose a smaller size and the order was quickly sent with a 1 hour delivery slot and the money difference was received in my paypal account before the delivery arrived. Thank you very much for your very good service.”

“We are pleased with the products, but they arrived a day later than anticipated. I would like to be assured that if we ordered the fresh raw products like magret or foie gras they would arrive on time and adequately chilled to be safe.”

“My order is not even shipped yet once again a very poor service. When one orders you in a few days, but after you get the order your seem to lose your memory. So I will never recommend your company to my friends again”

Very sorry about this, the order should have been shipped on Wednesday but got delayed due to a mistake. We can offer a full refund or ship it today.

“Great products not on our store shelves any more eg badoit! Very good value - excellent communication - safe efficient courier delivery (suggest not choosing parcel force for fresh items as there can be delays in transit) I will be ordering again! Penny”

“As a french native living in the UK for the past 20 years,I’m absolutely delighted to have French Click to deliver all of my childhood favourites. Service is a bit pricey (it’s over £12 just for delivery in Northern Ireland 😟) but said service is fast & convenient. Real treat every couple of months”

“I was so excited to receive my shopping from one click! I’d made an order, couldn’t solve a problem I thought I had, so emailed. As soon as the office opened, I had a call from Muriel who sorted me out- then gave me a first order discount to boot! I’d ordered with a timed delivery and was delighted when the parcel came in its delivery slot. The unpacking of my treats was a joy, everything was packed in freezer packs and insulative materials, in lovely condition. The items we’ve already used were just as if I’d bought them the day day before in a Leclerc centre! I’m so looking to having friends round for an authentic raclette meal…….and am looking forward to making my next order!”
