“I am french, so of course when I saw a french website who delivers foods I want to try ! Large choices. I am happy with my delivery. Just one thing where I was a little bit disappointed. It’s about one product missing and no refund was proposed...”

“I was very happy to get ''a taste of France''in this way.All the products were as I ordered and the stock range is excellent.Also nice to have a choice of couriers outside London. I chose DPD as they give you a 1 hour window.Sorbafreeze works well for chilled goods. I'd certainly do it again!”

“Order arrived one item short with no explanation. Called them and they explained so no problem but would prefer to have been kept informed . Otherwise very happy with the service and will use again”

“I contacted the company to ask if they stocked a particular product,they did not.Unbeknown to me they sourced the product,and when it was in the country they e mailed me advising me of its availability.This is the best service any potential buyer could experience.My product arrived on the advised date,it was securely packed,would buy from the supplier again. many thanks”

“Fast delivery also had an issue where I had not updated my address. I contacted the company to explain this a day before. There and then my address details were updated and delivery was not affected. Great customer service”

“I was so pleased to find this! The delivery to outer-London postcodes is a bit confusing though. The website said that it would be free delivery, with a choice of time slot, but this wasn’t an option at check out. I ended up emailing to ask, and while the delivery fee for the parcelforce option I had picked was refunded, I wasn’t offered a narrower choice of time slot than 09:00 - 17:30. Fortunately I was in when the (non parcelforce) delivery arrived.”

“Packaging was excellent, lots of chill-bags. Produce was also excellent, lovely cheeses, meats etc. I overcooked the poulet bresse unfortunately; it tasted great, but was a bit dry. Very happy, thanks. I will be ordering again soon.”
