“Great selection that appeals to be. Prompt delivery. However! An item (saucciscon sec) was missing from a delivery and, despite e-mail reminder, has not yet been replaced!”

“Super large choice of delicious French products. Prices are decent. Staff is nice. The only downside is that you only find out that some items are out of stock when you get the delivery.”

“They stocked the product that I wanted - which is otherwise unobtainable in UK. The website was a bit basic but reasonably easy to use. If you live in South London, the option to collect from their warehouse is useful although they aren't really set up for customer collections (no signage or customer collection window).”

“Excellent website with good range of products. Quick delivery and reasonable price. Concerns about temperature of dairy products when received allayed. Checked temperature and less than 5 degrees. Only disappointment was that some items had a very short shelf life.”

“I was happy when I placed the order until the pick up date, item was out stock, wasted my time and fuel. Seller offer free delivery after stock went back after 4 days. Reason I gave 4 stars. Otherwise everything was OK.”

“The service and delivery time was excellent, what lets it down a little is the delivery charge is quite high and the expiry date on the products delivered very short. The yogurts delivered expired very quickly after ordering.”

“Very easy site to order from..even though the promo code would not go through..rang them up and a very helpful lady sorted it out for me..Goods arrived on requested day. Well packed ..even though one of the cooler packs leaked into the cardboard box of biscuits.,but as these were individually packed they were not damaged. Would definately order again.”
