“First time I have ordered from this site and my experience was very good. Having placed an order I needed to change the delivery date. A quick ‘phone calls achieved this. My food was delivered by Parcel Force on the day specified. The food was well packaged and wrapped in a ice blanket. I shall be using them again.”

“Very good except for one of the butters having an expiry date of 6th June with a delivery on 8th. The other is dated 6th July. However it seems fine so won't be returning it!”

“products are great and difficult or impractical to source from anywhere else, re packaging - it would be good to keep it to a minimum with recyclable materials, I had a lot of polystyrene that I didn't order !....other than that, all good”

“It is difficult to give a proper review as the items that I ordered over two weeks ago are yet to be delivered. I have had email updates and changes made to my order, but I still have no idea what will be delivered and when, despite my payment being taken.”
