“Just Awesome! The only way to get the best Rillettes in the World. Nice customersupport, superb packaging and fast delivery. Just the Best (like french food)! If the no deal Brexit comes... you need evtl. a new storageplace. Pls let it be germany, so i can order in shorter intervals. ;D”

“The products from French Click were as ordered. However, the packaging was terrible. The tins of vegetables were dented because they were not wrapped properly, the cardboard box was flimsy and the contents were packed with hundreds of polystyrene bobbles. Really unecological. I will not use them again.”

Hi Very sorry to hear this, we need to check how it was packaged. We are also trying to use only recycled, recyclable and degradable packaging. The cardboard boxes we use are made from recycled cardboard, and can also be recycled again, as can the bubble bags. The loose fill we’re using is flo-pak green which is degradable and can also be recycled in some areas. We are also trying to source products that use less packaging for our range. “The online store is fine, click click - pay. The problem is delivery, it's expensive, have to wait a long time and..they use DPD, probably the worst courier company. Of course, they couldn't leave my parcel in a safe place and when requested to deliver to pick up collection, I get a message that it is there, I make arrangements and try to get there to take my stuff only to find out the information is incorrect an parcel is not there 🤦 I'm going holiday tomorrow and probably won't even be able to collect my parcel, cause dpd don't deliver things on time...ever. even if I didn't pay for delivery this would be unacceptable, but knowing that I paid and also waited over a week for it to be delivered and now may not even be able to collect it. Very sad”

“Excellent website which is easy to use and has a great selection of goods. The possibility of identifying date and time for delivery of goods is also very helpful for the customer. Packaging is also very good with goods arriving prime condition.”

“Excellent service and products. Just one thing: sometimes we learn that some item is out of stock after we have ordered it. You refund the money, which is fine. But then I am not sure whether you re-order it automatically for a later delivery. Why don't you keep your website updated in real time to reflect your stocks?”
