“This is the 2nd order. Neither arrived on the day requested. This latest order has still not arrived, due yesterday. Arrived today but was out, not left, to be picked up at PO on Monday, trouble is it has perishables in the parcel of cheese!”

Hi Sorry to hear about this delayed package. It looks from the tracking like they tried to deliver yesterday.
