The cheese arrived late. it stunk to high heaven so much so that the post office had re-wrapped it in plastic! not edible a total waste of money

Very poor. I ordered some chocolates which were in stock apparently and received a delivery date etc. Then I received a message saying it would take another few days to send out... Then after a total of 11 days, another message said I would receive a refund in 3 more days. Which is over 2 weeks since I placed the order. So thanks for messing me about un-neccessarily.

Very sorry about this. It's a system error, the mon cheri are seasonal and they aren't available yet this year, that's why the order was refunded.

I only ordered 4 items but only 2 were delivered. Hence the transport charge was more than the 2 items I received. I should have been notified about the product unavailability beforehand and given the option to get an alternative or cancel the order. To make things worse the biscuits that was delivered had been knocked about and so the contents were broken.

Today, I was very disappointed with "French Click" I have been a customer for years ans didn't like the way I have been spoken to ! To cut a long story short, few of the items I've ordered did miss. Unfortunately for me, I was the one to have to sort it out by taking some pictures of the goods I've already received when the fault was entirely to French Click. I didn't need to be more stressed than I was ! That was on order of helping me ?! The woman on the phone had everything she needed to sort everything for me. I am a good customer and spend always quite a lot of money ! So, please, I've a little bit of respect ! Where is customer services those day ! Fortunately, I did recovered the missing parcel. Unfortunately, some washing-up liquid pored all other the other items ! But I certainly did not want to contact you to have, again, to have to deal with that unpleasant person !

My order is not even shipped yet once again a very poor service. When one orders you in a few days, but after you get the order your seem to lose your memory. So I will never recommend your company to my friends again

The order arrived 3 days later, not the next day. Being meat and the package was very hot, we had to dispose the contents. We are not claiming a reimburse, just answering your feedback request. Best regards.

Sack your IT expert he has destroyed what was a User friendy site and made it almost unusable. It is difficult to navigate, has far too much garbage and has every sign of a bored, under utilsied IT staff. I almost gave up trying to use the site, The old site was clear , concise and vbvery easy to use. For goodness sake see reason

I’m not impressed at all with this company. I placed an order 2 and a half weeks ago and it still hasn’t even been posted. I was told a while back that they were still waiting for it but I’ve had no updates or offers of how I’d like to proceed. Unfortunately, I won’t be using them again.

I was very disappointed to see that so much of the packaging was plastic. The biscuits were all broken - every pack of 3 were either broken into 2 or 3 pieces or completely turned into crumbs.

Terrible company. I waited 2 weeks for my bottles of water. The package was half open and my bottles looked like they were already opened. I do not recommend

I never received the four items that I had ordered and paid for. Eventually I was told that 50% of the order could not be sent. They did not have it. Too long in waiting for that 'news', for nothing it turned our to be. Don't sell me stuff, charge me, accept payment and then do not follow through. I cancelled the order, of course. Truly disappointing.
