“I would like to offer my sincere thanks and high praise to the Freightlink customer agent, Jarmila, who handled all of my recent travel arrangements, including the Eurotunnel, Fréjus Tunnel, and ferry bookings. From start to finish, she was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and consistently helpful. Despite numerous changes and amendments on my side, she handled everything with patience, efficiency, and a positive attitude. She truly went above and beyond to ensure the entire booking process was as smooth and stress-free as possible, keeping everything well-coordinated and clearly communicated at every stage. Her dedication to excellent customer service and attention to detail made a potentially complex process feel effortless. She is a real credit to Freightlink, and I would not hesitate to recommend both her and the company to anyone requiring reliable and professional freight travel support.”
