“I had a few questions regarding taking my cat on the ferry. I am grateful to the staff that took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly, over the phone and via email. They were patient and pleasant to speak with and my issues were resolved very quickly, as well as all my correspondence being replied to in a very timely manner. Thank you.”

“Booking everything seemed easy however we where not allowed to board our 3am ferry from Jersey to Portsmouth because the paperwork wasnt right or received apparantly. we then waited for the 10pm ferry and when we got to Portsmouth we could leave the port because again the paperwork was not right. Freightlink were contacted by me and on both occasions were ringing me back or emailing and they didnt? It cost me £50 for the custom paperwork to be done by Condor at Portsmouth docks to release the lorry. This has had a knock on effect for my work schedule and is simply not good enough!! I would appreciate an explanation and some compensation”

“I received an invoice for something which i didn't know about, with no decent explanation until Julia stepped in and explained what it was for. Once she had emailed me, i completely understood and paid the invoice. If invoices were sent with the paylink, this would have saved me from trying to get an explanation. But Julia was brilliant. Explained it clear and understandable. Thanks Julia.”

“I cannot express how good this Company is. I was having issues with the customs element and i spoke to 2 different people and both were so accommodating and so helpful, they made me feel at ease. They are also very knowledgably. I will defiantly be using them again and will be referring people to use them. 10/10 for customer service . Thank you Freightlink”
