“It was all very informative , but I do wish something was said about the CMR we had no idea what it was or that we needed it no said anything aboutcit whenvwe spoke onbthe phone and we could have still been there as the young man at the office was not helpful at all he didnt explain what it was he was awful we left the office standing outside not knowing what to do. Then a young lady came out and she explained t to us what it was and what we needed to do. Which was so confusing. 5 days on the road with 8 dogs relocating back to uk from turkey was very hard. So a call to a friend that was an a transporter solved the issue and the man seemed very surprised when we went back in with it. We caught the next ferry so thank irsh ferries and the young lady who helped explain.”
