“Really helpful staff...thank you. You do need to adjust the on line system to allow booking a ferry without Port Access Pass. I paid for one to enable booking outward and told by Dover they have not been using them since June /July! Manually booked a return with your office help without having to buy a dock access pass”

Thanks for your great review and feedback. It looks like there has been some confusion between the Kent Access Permit, which is no longer required (as mentioned) and Port Pass (GMR/Logistics Envelope), which is a customs clearance requirement. We will look at how we can make the terminology clearer.

“Always can an immediate response around the clock, Sadie and her colleagues change my bookings at short notice if I have been delayed or route has changed as I am always on road. Would 💯 recommend using frieghtlink”

“This is there first time that I have needed to use Freight link. I'm booking a tour for a band on a trip to Europe and having discovered that we now need to travel as freight and not as we used to was a worrying process. Having contacted Freightlink they have been very supportive and friendly and more to the point contactable.”

“Our first port of call for any ferrys we make require. The staff are extremely helpful and have always gone out of their way to make sure we get what we want. Dealt with them for several years know and they have always delivered. We once had an abnormal load stuck in France and they managed to source a ferry for us to get it home. Great service.”
