“In summary, your person wrote "Computer says no. I normally give you 4-5 stars. This was poor. My message was answered promptly, but a flat no, and no help to take a next step was very unhelpful. It also contradicted advice from Pozdrawiam. I had to call and got more advice from Ivan.”
