“From the moment I set up an online account to tyesterday receiving of the booking confirmation it was an extremely good experience. I was delighted that Joanne contacted me after we set up the account and she guided me through in a nonsense friendly manner which made a potentially nervous trip to the UK very easy . I was especially worried as it was my first time transferring to the UK since Brexit.”

“We had our first FR - UK delivery done with the assistance of Freightlink. We have bought just a ferry ticket from their platform but got a great support from Yanislav Ivanov who explained us the whole process of customs clearance, the required documents and even offered us a long-term partnership. The communication in my native language was definitely a nice surprise. The team of Freightlink helped us resolving a crucial situation at the country's border and our delivery went as smoothly as possible. I loved their service for Toll Pass where we were able to generate the required GMR for seconds and the tracking updates. Definitely a partner on who we will rely in future. Thank you.”

“I have used Freightlink for the past 3 weeks for 4 of 5 ferries per day , they have been absolutely amazing throughout , amending an changing bookings last minute to change with our needs , i cannot recommend them enough , special thanks to Ivan , joseph, Pawel , Patryk, and the ladies ( sorry i don't know your names ) but equally all of them are outstanding and go above and beyond towel even when I am being very specific on crossing times and they are already extremely busy . 10 out of 10 for everything , not enough praise is given when you receive good service so wanted to take the time to thank you all personally Thanks Emma For and on behalf of Restore-Harrow Green LTD”
