“Booking of 1 week in advance got not confirmed Dunkirk -> Rosslare and by phone nobody available. These goods very very important for people of IE. Hope something can be done but even the Call back request has been ignored so far”

“Booked my first trip with another operator and had a disaster for my first trip to Ireland, I wish I'd known about Becky before I booked she made everything so simple for me and I couldn't have completed the work without her, absolutely top class service and wouldn't highly recommend 😁😁😁”

“Bit of a panic when the booking reference didn't come through 'shortly' but the guy who answered the phone chased it for me until he got an answer and rang me with it. Thank you for that. Also, you can't print off a record of payment. It invites you to print the booking but only prints the first page. It could do with being clearer that a VAT invoice isn't produced until after the journey is completed and may take a couple of days”
