“I had just started my new admin job in the office at MRD, I needed to book ferries with return journey's Scotland to NI, I had to call customer services and had the pleasure of speaking to Daniel, he was calm and very helpful totally understanding that this was my first week. With people like Daniel to help people like me then there will be plenty of return custom. Price was reasonable considering it was still the school holidays I hope the drivers have as good service as I had. Highly recommended 5 Star + thank you so much for all your help hopefully i'll be up to speed very soon”

“Exceptional Customer Service Example 101.. We can't thank Daniel Mester enough for pulling a "rabbit out of a hat" to save us from the point of no return when a booking got cancelled. Daniel, you need a 1000 stars, and are an example to all what customer service should be.”

“Would use this company again. It was my first experience ( Harwich - Hook of Holland - Harwich ) with these guys and Daniel Mester on Customer Services guided me all the way. Not only did he email me , he called to check everything was in order So so helpful . Thank you”
