“We had to change our GVMC as the vehicle that was to be used broke down. Customer service was brilliant and went above and beyond what most services would have and he got us sorted for the delivery the next day (Sunday Crossing). Many thanks”

Unfortunately, because you contacted the ferry operator's main booking office instead of our customer service team, we were not notified of any amendments to your booking until your booking had been invoiced. Had you contacted our customer service team directly, we would have been happy to assist you with your booking amendments. We hope to continue supporting you with your freight ferry & tunnel bookings in the future.

According to our records, you made your booking on Sunday, 26th of March for departure later that same day. By arriving at the port a day late, your booking was no longer applicable. Had you contacted our customer services team, we would have been happy to help you change your booking to the 27th. Thank you.
