First time having to book commerial vans to go and work in Ireland. Feels like a minefield of customs doscuments. Greta at Freightlink has been prompt and very helpful with questions. Made my life less stressful with somethig that felt so complicated.

Greta was supurb my team conducting work in UK delayed and one email to Stena asking if we could be rebooked on a later Ferry. Simple reply from operator Greta with options and she rebooked flawlessly !!!! This is excellent seamless customer service. Welldone and thanks for reducing our stress today. Safe sailing

Booked through Stena Line, what they don't tell you is that the booking isn't confirmed, and I had already booked hotel and driver accordingly at the same time. Jarmila at Freighlink sorted it all out for me. 1 out of 10 for Stena Line for not explaining that clearly on their booking page, 10 out of 10 for Jarmila for sorting out what was a stressful predicament.
