“Bit of a panic when the booking reference didn't come through 'shortly' but the guy who answered the phone chased it for me until he got an answer and rang me with it. Thank you for that. Also, you can't print off a record of payment. It invites you to print the booking but only prints the first page. It could do with being clearer that a VAT invoice isn't produced until after the journey is completed and may take a couple of days”

“I'd been struggling getting a decent customer focussed Freight ticket service.. I registered for an account with Freightlink.. I was called within hours by a extremely polite, helpful and professional Rebecca who dealt with all of my questions.. called me back when she said she would.. Rebecca made the whole process effortless.. I secured very satisfactory ticket rates for my fleet.. and made the first of I'm sure many bookings this evening. From what I've seen so far.. an excellent customer driven service..”
