Unfortunately, the ferry sailing was full and we are not notified of this by the operator until after the booking has been placed. This is beyond our control. A refund has been processed. Depending on your bank, this can take up to 5 working days. Sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.

“It was a first trip travelling VP Freight and I appreciated being able to speak to a real human being quite easily when I wasn't quite sure what to do re. loading documents to the Port Pass. Once you know how the website works it's ok, but it could be a little more clear for first time users. Overall very pleased.”

“Booking the ferry was easy. Arranging the paperwork is something else altogether as Freightlink assumes that everyone knows everything about the necessary paperwork (as well as what all of the abbreviations mean), this is fine if you're an international courier but not if you have never transported good before.”
