Many thanks for taking the time to review our services however I'm sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the price paid. We offer one of the lowest shipping rates for forwarding parcels. On top of free registration, package acceptance, processing and free storage, the price paid for shipping not only includes the transit fees, it includes the use of a UK address and dispatch of your goods including any export documentation required and full customer support for tracked services until delivery. We can see you've paid and shipped 2 packages. Both packages according to our courier have been delivered. There was no contact from you regarding the non-delivery of your packages. If you require support, feel free to get in touch with our friendly customer service if you encounter any issues using our service. I hope this information helps going forward and that you will consider using our services again.

“An excellent proxy service. Excellent communication about received goods. Goods are consolidated and very well packed and sent by a carrier you can choose. In general a very good experience.”

“Very useful service, was able to get a parcel delivered from a UK tech store that didn’t ship to the UK. Pricing was pretty reasonable; shipping took a bit but I wasn’t in a rush or anything. Definitely recommend this site”
