Deceptive business practices. Excessive forwarding shipping costs (3 times the value of the item) and not visible until the item had been delivered to forwardvia. Item was a Xmas gift and arrived at Forwardvia with only a few days to go before Christmas which meant I had no alternative options if I wanted the item to arrive in time. I feel forwardvia used this to their advantage. Would definitely not use again and wouldn’t recommend . Beware.
